After three years of prototyping, the Darwin Standard model is the first standardised model with set specifications of this design.

The results are:

• A super comfortable 25" scale length guitar with a bolt-on neck for snappy responsiveness with the same pragmatic approach to design as classic pioneering solid body electric guitars.
• Sleek ergonomic body shape that fits the player well whether standing or sitting on either side of the players lap.
• Semi carved top allows for comfortable resting and positioning of the picking hands forearm
• Superior access to the upper frets, with a rounded heel and rear cutaway scalloping
• Comfortable Rounded C shape neck profile for reliable and consistent playing that won't give you palm cramp
• Unique hand made Rosewood control plate that is fully grounded with copper foil, gives an appearance that is as unique as it is different.

Available with the following customisable options at no extra cost:

• Choose from 9.5", 12" or 16" fingerboard radiuses 
• Choose Maple or Rosewood fingerboards
• Choose Classic Alnico V or Modern Ceramic pickups 
• Choose either covered, or open pickups in Black, White or Zebra bobbins (Ceramic pickups only available in covered)
