All guitars made at MAL Guitars are made to order and are considered 'custom made', so they are exempt from UK distance selling regulations.

CURRENT LEAD TIME ON PRE-ORDERED STANDARD MODELS IS APPROXIMATELY 3 - 4 MONTHS.  

Standard models such as the Darwin Standard include a hard shell case.
